Monthly Automatic Bank Drafts
(ACH Form) When you provide written authorization and a voided check to CCH, we can set up automatic monthly donations with your bank through this direct, no-fee option. Download, print & complete the following document and mail it with a voided check to:

Online Autopay through Pay Pal
Through PayPal, you can conveniently set the amount you'd like to pay each month and select the checkbox to make it a monthly donation. Get started by clicking the "Make a Donation" button below!
(Please Note: For each transaction, PayPal takes fee of approximately 3% out from every donation. To maximize your donation, consider utilizing the ACH form option which does not deduct fees.) | ||
